SARAH CONNOLLY is a theater director with a mission to facilitate creative environments rooted in generosity. A graduate of Wesleyan University in 2019 with Honors in Comparative Politics and Civic Engagement, she uses her academic background to help tell stories that are in covnersation with the current moment. She works as an Assistant Director at The Actor’s Gym Studio, and in 2022, she co-foudned The Actor’s Gym Presentation Series, a program designed to turn remarkably strong scene work in the studio into full productions.
Her work has been seen at ARC Stages, The Tank, Boomerang Theatre Company, Soho Rep, Amas Musical Theatre, Moxie Arts, and Second Stage Theatre Company at Wesleyan University. In addition to directing, she has served as a production manager, stage manager, carpenter, props assistant, and Covid Compliance Officer on various NYC projects. |
