SARA GALASSINI is an Italian interdisciplinary artist, singer songwriter, social justice activist and certified sound healing practitioner based in NYC for 20 years. She has co-founded the Sara Galas Band with award-winning composer Yukio Tsuji. They have released the album HER and created 5 original theater performances: Waves of all times; Origin: a Performance Art Concert; Unmeasurable Picture; REFLECT-I-ON; Pros-(HER)-Pere.
A member of La MaMa Great Jones Repertory Company, Magis Theatre Company, and the associate music director of the Trojan Women Project.
