MARY BRACKEN PHILLIPS (Lyricist/Librettist) is a Broadway veteran who's credits include Martha Jefferson in "1776" and Grace Farrell in "Annie". Nominated for a 1992 Tony Award for her lyrics for the Broadway musical "Metro".
