KATHERINE ROARTY: With research and immersive projects, Katherine Roarty has made a name for herself as a choreographer.
Most recently her work in We Are The Tigers, an off-Broadway musical at Theater 80 made a splash this season. Her work as the Assistant Choreographer to Broadway's SUMMER: The Donna Summer Musical helped win the Chita Rivera award for best choreography, where she also performed with the company as the female swing. She is a resident artist with the immersive company, MinuteZero, that has collaborated with Rag & Bone, Brooklyn Museum and Under Armor. S he also has a full performance resume ranging from television to concert dance. Some highlight credits include La Traviata (MET Opera), Katy Perry (Grammys/MET Gala), Hairspray LIVE (Kooks), and the Victoria Secret Fashion Show. She teaches at Broadway Dance Center and masterclasses across the country. AFFILIATIONS
