ERICA FAE Writer/director/performer brings stories of powerful, radical women from history to stage & screen.
Her first feature To Keep the Light is inspired by true stories of women lighthouse keepers in the 1860's. It screened at festivals worldwide, and won the Fipresci Prize (Int'l Critics' award), Best of Show, Best Narrative, and Best Cinematography awards; and is currently on Amazon Prime. Her most recent play Saved Again and by Him premiered at The New OHIO, and her play on suffragist Alice Paul (with Jill A. Samuels), Take What Is Yours, ran Off-Broadway and was a Critics' Pick in The New York Times and Backstage. As actor, she's had recurring roles on HBO's Boardwalk Empire and Doll & Em, and has performed in numerous films & plays. Fae also teaches Physical Acting at Yale School of Drama, and is in development on her second feature film. AFFILIATIONS
