CHRISTINE SCHISANO is a puppeteer, puppet designer, actor, writer and producer. A “Jill of all trades”, she co-wrote and produced multiple sketch comedy shows; Sallie Mae: Loan Me Your Soul (at The Tank in NYC) and two productions of Dear Tina: I’m Wearing a Wig (at The Kraine and The Tank in NYC). She has created countless short puppet works performing around the city with Sinking Ship Productions (Puppet Playlist), La MaMa (Puppet Slam) and Theater of the Apes (Necromancers of the Public Domain). Christine has been a three-year participant of Eugene O’Neill Puppetry Conference, the third year attending as an Emerging Artist in 2017 working on the original puppet play The Gilded Parable (wrote, designed, built and directed).
