CAROLYN WONG is a lighting designer whose recent work includes Come Through (a collaboration between TU Dance and Bon Iver), the hollower (New Light Theater Company), One Thousand Nights and One Day (Prospect Theater Company), Bullets Over Broadway (US Tour), Rockin’ Road to Dublin (US Tour), Une Autre Passion (Le Ballet du Grande Théâtre de Genève), Summer’s Winter Shadow (Ballet of Monte Carlo).
Her history includes touring with Shen Wei Dance Arts, the Parsons Dance Company, Morphoses/The Wheeldon Company, LeeSaar/The Company, LA Dance Project, Rosy Simas Danse, Rebecca Lazier, and the Rockettes Christmas Spectacular. Her work can be seen in the repertories of TU Dance, Liz Gerring Dance, Sally Silvers & Co, Nai-Ni Chen Dance, Nejla Yatkin, Daniel Gwirtzman, Juliana F. May, and Roxane Butterfly. She has toured productions across the US, South America, Europe, Eastern Europe, Australia, and Asia and currently works as the Lighting Associate for Disney’s The Lion King worldwide. She is an alumna of Oberlin College, and a native of San Francisco, California. AFFILIATIONS
